We are looking for someone who wants to help households on the west coast receive their packages, newspapers, and mail on time, all year round. Are you interested in working as a distributor at our branch in Mölndal and being part of a dynamic operation? Read on!

As a distributor at VTD, you need to be adaptable, as your focus may need to shift quickly between different products and delivery options. It is a job that requires problem-solving skills, a good sense of direction, and good physical fitness as it involves a fast pace with a lot of running up and down stairs. The work is outdoors, which means that the weather is a significant part of your working environment.

As a distributor, you start your shift at a branch or pickup location. At the branch, you count and pack your products before heading out on an assigned route. During the night, you deliver packages, newspapers, and mail to customers until early morning. Our products are distributed by car, electric quad bike, moped, or e-bike. All vehicles are provided by VTD.

The vehicles available for the position are:

• Car
• Moped

We consider it an advantage if you can drive all of these vehicles.

• A valid work permit. Your work permit must be approved, meaning it cannot be pending with the Migration Agency.
• You must be at least 18 years old to work with us.
• You can read, understand, and write longer texts in Swedish or English.

We also consider it advantageous if you have an AM or B driver's license, as well as previous experience working as a distributor.

• The position starts immediately and is a needs-based employment.
• The employment rate is between 45–55%.
• The work takes place at night, starting around midnight.
• This ad refers to starting from our branch in Mölndal.

Please note that you have a work obligation until 07:30 in case of delays.

We want you to feel secure that you are assessed fairly and objectively. Therefore, we use evaluations through Alva Labs. If you meet the requirements, you will undergo a logical evaluation and a personality assessment. The evaluations are based on scientific research and allow us to objectively assess your strengths and potential challenges in relation to the role. You will also receive the results. If you do not complete the Alva Labs evaluations, we will not proceed with your application.

The salary is paid retroactively, meaning it is paid out the month after. The salary is negotiated according to the collective agreement with the Transport Workers' Union and corresponds to 157.17 SEK/hour and OB between 10-32 SEK/hour. An average position with us is about 70%, which means a salary of about 19,000 SEK excluding OB supplements.
